Apple makes it harder than Android to grab files from the web — there is no universal Downloads folder in older iOS versions, and the Terabox app pushes you toward in-app viewing. The good news: you can still save any public Terabox share link as an MP4 using Safari + teradl.cc, with no App Store downloader and no premium unlock.
What you need
- iPhone or iPad running iOS 13 or later (Files app support)
- Safari, Chrome, or any mobile browser
- A public Terabox share link (from WhatsApp, Telegram, terabox.com, 1024tera.com, etc.)
- No Terabox account required for public shares
Step-by-step: save a Terabox video on iPhone
- Get the share link. In the Terabox app or a message, open the file and tap Share → Copy link. The URL should contain
/s/or?surl=. - Open teradl.cc in Safari. Paste the link into the box at the top and tap Get video. Complete the quick bot check if prompted.
- Choose Watch or Save MP4. Watch streams inside the page — useful on slow connections. Save MP4 downloads the original file (720p, 1080p, or 4K when available).
- Find the file. After download, tap the Safari downloads icon (arrow in a circle) or open Files → On My iPhone → Downloads. From there you can move the video to Photos or iCloud Drive.
Save directly to Photos (optional)
iOS does not always offer “Save to Photos” for MP4s from Safari. If you want the video in your Camera Roll:
- Download the MP4 to Files as above.
- Open the Files app, long-press the file → Share → Save Video.
Alternatively, use the built-in Watch player on teradl.cc and screen-record only if you accept quality loss — downloading the MP4 is always sharper.
Common iPhone issues
“Download failed” or blank player
Refresh the page and try again. Very large files (>2 GB) may time out on mobile data — switch to Wi‑Fi. Make sure the Terabox link is still public and not expired.
Low Power Mode / content blockers
Aggressive ad blockers or Low Power Mode can interfere with video streaming. Temporarily disable the blocker for teradl.cc or use a private browsing tab.
Terabox app opens instead of Safari
Long-press the link in Messages and choose Open in Safari, or copy the URL manually. Universal links from Terabox often hijack the tap — copying the URL avoids that.
Is this safe on iPhone?
teradl.cc runs over HTTPS, does not ask for your Terabox password, and does not store your links after the request completes. You are downloading the same file Terabox would serve — we simply resolve the share URL server-side so Safari can access it directly.
