These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of teradl.cc (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. About the Service

teradl.cc is an independent web tool that resolves public Terabox share links so you can stream or download the referenced media in your browser. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Terabox or any of its mirror domains (including 1024tera.com, teraboxapp.com, terasharelink.com, and others). Terabox is a trademark of its respective owner.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with local laws.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use teradl.cc only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Download, stream, or distribute content you do not have the right to access
Circumvent copyright, DRM, or paywalls on non-public or premium-only content
Use the Service to harass, defame, or distribute illegal material
Automate requests (bots, scrapers, bulk downloaders) without permission
Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or attack the Service or its infrastructure
Misrepresent your affiliation with teradl.cc or Terabox

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless we grant written permission otherwise.

4. Public share links only

teradl.cc works with URLs that point to publicly shared Terabox files. We cannot and do not unlock private accounts, password-protected shares you are not authorized to view, or content removed by the owner. If a link fails, the share may be expired, deleted, or restricted — that is a limitation of the source, not a bug in our tool.

5. Intellectual property & copyright

teradl.cc does not host user files. We act as a technical intermediary that resolves third-party share URLs. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have permission to access and save any content you download or stream.

If you believe content accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, contact us at hello@teradl.cc with:

Identification of the copyrighted work
The Terabox share URL in question
Your contact information and a statement of good-faith belief
A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act

We will review valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include blocking resolution of specific URLs where feasible.

6. No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that:

Every Terabox or mirror link will resolve successfully
Downloads will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at a specific quality
The Service will remain free, online, or unchanged
Resolved files are free of viruses or malicious code (always scan downloads you trust)

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, teradl.cc AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (WHICH IS ZERO FOR FREE USERS).

8. Third-party services & links

The Service relies on Cloudflare (hosting, security) and Terabox third-party CDNs to fulfill requests. Your use of those systems is also subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, outages, or policy changes outside our control.

9. Abuse prevention

We use Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting to protect the Service. We may block IP ranges, throttle requests, or suspend access if we detect abuse, without prior notice.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
